Ratings appear only after a job booked through CrewSift is rated by both sides — nobody can review a crew they didn't hire here.

What other contractors say

Endorsements are recommendations other contractors made in the open — never written by the crew itself, and nobody pays for placement.

One number from evidence we hold ourselves — nothing self-reported counts. The full method is public, so any crew can see exactly how to earn a higher score:

• License confirmed with the board — Not yet confirmed0 / 25
• Insurance on file and current — No COI on file0 / 20
• Peer endorsements — 5 endorsements × 3, capped at 515 / 15
• Jobs completed through CrewSift — 0 jobs × 5, capped at 30 / 15
• Buyer ratings on finished work — No rated jobs yet0 / 15
• Answers CrewSift offers — Not enough offers yet to score0 / 10

What the tiers mean

• Listed — on the roster with at least one independent peer endorsement. License and insurance not yet confirmed by us.
• Verified — license or registration confirmed with the issuing authority (where the trade is licensed), insurance confirmed directly with the crew's agent, and references checked.
• Proven — a buyer who hired this crew through CrewSift has rated the finished work, and the crew rated the buyer back.
